The Enid M. Baa Library of the Division of Libraries, Archives and Museums (DLAM) has acquired an extensive collection of memorial booklets since the early 1970's for U. S. Virgin Islands residents. Booklets are usually more than 10 pages long and give details of the life and family connections of the deceased.

Permission to create electronic reproductions was requested from family members who donated booklets to the Baa Library. Public service announcements promoting the digitization project have also been used to request copyright permissions from family members. Signed copyright releases are kept at the Baa Library.

Following is the list of funeral booklets. If you would like to donate an item to the collection you may print the form below, sign and take the original to Baa or any UVI Campus Library. Call (340)774-0630 for information. You will need Acrobat Reader in order to view the form.
